1. Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In the event of a damaged product, we offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please follow these steps to request a replacement:

  • Take clear pictures of the damaged product, including the packaging.

  • Send an email to info.stylara@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged product.

  • Attach the pictures and provide your order number, name, and contact information.

Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the replacement process. Please do not return the damaged product without contacting us first.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot process refunds for items that have been opened or used. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selection before opening the product.
